Description:

Here on YouTube and in the "Western media" we are constantly barraged with the term "Radical Islam". Ostensibly, the term is used to distinguish peaceful Muslims with no particular animosity toward "the West" from those actively engaged in hostilities with Western countries, coalition forces in the Middle East, and each other. I challenge this distinction: the term "radical Islam" has been the result of a misguided political-correctness campaign in the West that it is not Islam that is the problem, but a minority of people who skew and distort the teachings of the Qur'an, and its dictator (because, as the learned among you will recount, Muhammad dictated the Qur'an, but neither authored nor transcribed it) . This is an absolute falsehood. A casual skimming of the Qur'an yields numerous Ayat, or verses, that disagree with our present moral zeitgeist, and the conscience of any sensible person. Appeals to the faithful to murder, ostracize, or otherwise oppress the mushrikeen (non-believers) abound. Merriam-Webster Online defines radical as a "considerable departure from the usual or traditional". So why call al-Qaeda and other terrorist organizations "radical"? It would seem that they are the logical result of treating the Qur'an as if it were the word of God, and following through on those convictions. They have scriptural support. For instance: 4:89 states: "They long that ye should disbelieve even as they disbelieve, that ye may be upon a level (with them). So choose not friends from them till they forsake their homes in the way of Allah; if they turn back (to enmity) then take them and kill them wherever ye find them, and choose no friend nor helper from among them." 8:65: "...if there be of you a hundred (steadfast) they shall overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they are a folk without intelligence." They have committed these and other passages detailing the treatment of unbelievers to heart, and have internalized them into their being. It is not they who have departed from the teachings of the Qur'an, but so-called "moderate Muslims" who have abandoned their heritage. And I am glad for it. I love radical Islam. Had I the power in myself to submit to unreason, I would prostrate myself before your god Allah and thank him for your existence. As it stands, I have only power enough to thank you, the peaceful Muslim, for treading the path upon which I currently find you. As-Salamu Alaykum. P.S. Forgive my pronunciation; I've only been able to say the phrase for a day. Also, I think I said "ayats" instead of "ayat". Damn English language habits! On second thought, I think that just may be an oddity in how I pronounce the consonant "t". An extra gem from al-Qur'an: 18:105 Those are they who disbelieve in the revelations of their Lord and in the meeting with Him. Therefore their works are vain, and on the Day of Resurrection We assign no weight to them.

It's becoming obvious what they do. A few terrorize the population while the rest say "That doesn't represent Islam!" and "Most Muslims aren't terrorists!" Eventually people get tired of the relentless terrorism and give up territory. Typically this begins by letting Muslims apply Sharia among themselves where country's government hasn't any control anymore. And then later autonomy and then..

the problem is when you throw all people that dislike you into the same category it creates retardation. and the wierdest thing is how you throw condemnation of terrorism as some form of "moderate" version of islam. i don't think people distinguish christians who aren't extremists hindus that aren't extremists or jews that aren't existremists as "moderates". what i also find odd is that types such as yours like to refer to people who support neoconservative policies as moderates

the fact is and always has been that iran has comitted itself towards fighting al qaeda has condemned 9/11(even though it happened to there biggest enemy) and is the ideaological enemy of al qaeda. not all islamists like al qaeda or are for al qaeda, because al qaeda is a satanic cult that calls other muslims non muslims and ritualistically beheads people. there not even considered muslims.

the term by the western media for moderate muslim and radical muslim is just some propaganda tool to get you confused and blur the line and make all muslims seem extremist. for example the media likes to throw hezbollah hamas and iran in the same category as al qaeda to make iran seem like some type of extremist state that would nuke america even if it means there demise and to make israel's enemies seem like americas.

In the above Noble Verses, the Arabic word for "friends" is "Awliyaa", which has four literal meanings: (1) Allies; (2) Friends; and (3) Guardians. "Waliy" which is the singular of "Awliyaa" means "Guardian" as your parents were your guardians when you were a kid. So as you can see, the Arabic word "Awliyaa" has different literal meanings. In Noble Verse 60:13 , Allah Almighty said "la tatawallu qawman", which literally means "take not as allies a tribe (or a community)"

I'm not sure it'd be a lisp exactly. Unless you're meaning "like a child" rather than the literal definition. It has nothing to do with the pronunciation of the letter "s."
