yes This almoast happend in 1962 and also in 1995 or 96 when USA was testing a missle and the RUssians thought it was heading toward them, so they put their missles on the highest alert. And they were 5 sec away from pushing the button but they found out it wasnt going for Russia.

Cuba is the size of the smallest state in USA, I dont think they would make a diffrence. The mexican army would have beet them. USA would easly take out cuba but have a hard time with Russia. And if Russia and America were in a war..it would never be a good reason..you know why? because there would be no more earth to have good reasons.

they would've fucked america up!!! on fucking topol ms nuke from cuba to dc, nyc, chicago, miami, and all the major cities. americans would've been running around the streets looting stores just like at riots in streets while russians would be bombing our asses from the sky with their MiGs. they'd send the caspian monster to fucking neutralize all american bases. ur talking bs, russia isn't afraid because they know they would win the war
