After a slow recovery he founded the "Friends of the Fox" foundation. A head injury support group. He gave people that had suffered head injuries tours of the track and pits. __________________________________________________

I might have my crashes in a muddle, but I'm sure Stan Fox *is* in this accident, the driver that hits Gache's stationary car. I'm happy to be corrected but I'm almost sure I'm remembering it right. __________________________________________________
doctorindy ::: Favorites  2007-07-24 10:04:10 Just to be clear, this accident is from the 1992 Indy 500. Phillippe Gache crashed first, then Stan Fox ran into him with nowhere to go. Gache was a little injured, but not seriously. Fox walked away, and admitted some blame for running into Gache's wrecked car. __________________________________________________
