I read that "court records have been sealed", and the case against Ritter was "adjourned in contemplation of dismissal." Both are wrong but one is MUCH worse than the other. What is VERY interesting about this case is that at the time of the alleged incident Ritter was working for FOX NEWS as a military consultant.
