| cadorbolin ::: Favorites Oh OK, sorry about that :) To be fair though, I did say you had great form. Rows are definitely the hardest exercise for maintaining form. At one point, I was doing about 240 lbs and my form was crap--it looked like I was doing shrugs, lol.
